Daskalos Development and Investments, LLC is a real estate development company established in 1970 by Pete Daskalos. A family owned company, it is now operated by the 2nd generation of the Daskalos family; Peggy and Jason have expanded the company’s portfolio to consist of 15 retail shopping centers with approximately one million square feet of leasable space throughout New Mexico and Colorado. A real estate development and construction company, Daskalos Development and Investments’ expertise is in ground-up development of commercial properties which are owned and managed by the partners.
